Dear Newton PAC members,
On November 17, 2015 at 7:30 pm, the Newton Parent Advisory Council (NewtonPAC) for Special Education will hold elections during the regular PAC meeting at the Ed Center (100 Walnut St) for officers and board members.
Everyone who is a parent or guardian of a child with special needs in Newton is eligible to vote.
Election Time Line:
Nominations due: Tuesday, November 3, 2015
Online voting opens: Tuesday Nov. 10
Online voting closes: Tuesday Nov. 17
Paper ballots for those without online access: Tuesday Nov. 17 at meeting
Results announced: Friday, Nov. 20

Please consider nominating someone for a NewtonPAC position. Self-nominations are most welcome as well.
If you would like to run for office, please send a brief description about yourself and why you want to run to newtonpacelections@gmail.com by November 3, 2015. If you have questions about any of the positions, send them along and and I will forward to the current board.

Once elected, positions begin immediately, and go through May 2017.
If we all help out a little our PAC can continue its great work.
