My ex husband’s new girlfriend handles & signs all homework, referrells, field trip forms & even signed him up 2 be in after school program just so she doesn’t have 2 do homework or take care of him when he’s in their custody…i get no report cards or anything from the school..unless i throw a fit, is it legal 4 her 2 b signing everything? What r my rights?
